Is Cherrypicker a staffing agency?
No. Cherrypicker is an outbound recruiting platform, not a staffing agency. We don't make offers or charge placement fees. Your team owns every hiring decision and controls the entire process with our support and guidance.
Does Cherrypicker charge placement fees?
Never. When you hire someone through Cherrypicker, no success fees are due. Your subscription and usage credits covers all the necessary recruiting costs to attract talent to your organization.
Does Cherrypicker replace our internal recruiters?
No. Cherrypicker gives internal recruiting teams additional outbound recruiting bandwidth to attract higher quality talent than job ads. The platform handles the heavy lifting required to source, engage, and generate interest from candidates so your recruiters can focus on interviewing and making hiring decisions.
How does Cherrypicker use AI?
Cherrypicker uses AI to assist with contact enrichment, messaging personalization, and workflow efficiency. Cherrypicker does not use AI to make final hiring decisions.
Who sends the outreach to candidates?
Cherrypicker sends outreach on the behalf of your hiring team. Cherrypicker's proprietary marketing infrastructure is optimized for deliverability at scale to ensure the opportunity reaches its intended target.
Can Cherrypicker help source candidates for us?
Yes. You can request sourcing support from our team if you need help identifying and building your target candidate list. Our AI sourcing feature is currently in beta and will be commercially available soon.
What happens when a candidate is interested?
When a candidate expresses interest, your hiring team gets notified. You can view their profile, start a conversation, and move them into your existing interview process. No placement fees when you hire.
What do candidates see when Cherrypicker reaches out?
Candidates receive a private introduction from Cherrypicker on behalf of your company that includes a custom landing page with the opportunity details.
How do Cherrypicker credits work?
Credits are the currency that powers every recruiting action on Cherrypicker. One credit recruits one candidate. Credits are valid for 12 months while your subscription is active and can be shared with your entire team.
What is your credit refund policy?
If we are unable to find or enrich a candidate's LinkedIn profile, we will issue a full credit refund per candidate. If we are unable to find verified contact data we will provide a half credit refund per candidate. Credits are not redeemable for cash but can be used to recruit for a different role at any time. To request a credit refund review, contact our support team at support@getcherrypicker.com.
Is Cherrypicker GDPR compliant?
Yes. Cherrypicker is designed with compliance in mind. We use publicly available data and give candidates the ability to delete their account or opt out of future outreach at any time.
